These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our events (including Cosplay, K-pop contests, and fan activities), use of our website, and interactions with our team across platforms. GoCon is an entertainment festival in Moldova dedicated to anime, cosplay, K-pop, and fan culture. These terms apply to all festival activities, including contests, workshops, merchandise, and social media interactions.

2. Event Participation

By registering for or attending our events, you agree to:

  • Follow the rules and guidelines for each contest (Cosplay, K-pop, Fan Art, etc.)
  • Behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and volunteers

  • Allow the use of your submitted content (images, videos, performance) for promotional purposes on GoCon’s platforms

3. Tickets & Refund Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled
  • Tickets are sold through official channels only. Beware of unofficial sources
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued

4. Merch Orders

  • Custom merch orders must follow our content rules (only anime, games, K-pop content)
  • Offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate images will not be accepted
  • Orders may be refused if terms are violated

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and media, is the property of GoCon Moldova or its contributors. Do not reuse or reproduce content without permission.
