Participation Terms:
1. To participate, you must fill out the registration form on the website by 10.09.2025.

4. If selected:
• Festival entry is free;
• Participants get access to the dressing room and VIP entrance;

Judging:
• Winners in the main categories are selected by an international jury.
• The Audience Choice prize is determined by online voting on the day of the festival.

• The fair will operate throughout the entire festival day — from 11:00 to 20:00.

1. The participant must create an original illustration on a theme related to:
• anime;
• Asian culture;
• existing characters;
• original characters of their own creation.
2. You must complete the registration form on the festival website and attach an image of the artwork.
3. The illustration must include the author’s signature.

Technical Requirements:
• Image format: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Color mode: CMYK
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Dark illustrations may not print well.

Rules and Restrictions:
• Only personal original artworks are allowed, created either traditionally or digitally.
• If needed, the organizers may request intermediate steps, WIP images, or process videos (speedpaint).
• Works created using neural networks (AI), or traced/copied from others’ drawings — will be disqualified.
• Each participant will receive a unique number under which their work will be exhibited at the festival.
• All works will be printed at the expense of the organizers.

Judging and Winner Selection:
1st and 2nd place — determined by festival visitor voting:
• Each guest will receive a detachable voting ticket.
• The guest writes the number of their favorite work and places the ticket in a special box.
• Winners are determined after the vote count at the end of the festival day.
(Voting will take place from 11:00 to 18:00)

The Special Prize will be chosen by an invited artist from Ukraine — the creator of the official GoCon 2025 mascot.

Censorship and Selection:
The organizers reserve the right to reject any work without explanation if it violates ethical standards or legal regulations.

Participation Terms:
1. The participant can be either a cosplayer or a photographer.
2. Participation is open only to citizens and residents of Moldova.
3. No more than 5 photos are allowed per participant.
4. The cosplay must match the theme of the festival:
• anime
• video games
• cartoons
• original characters in the festival’s style

Photo Technical Requirements:
• Vertical orientation
• Resolution: at least 300 dpi
• Size: minimum 2000 pixels on the long side
• Format: JPEG or PNG
• Color: preferably bright and high-contrast images (dark photos print poorly)
• No watermarks or frames on the photo

Restrictions:
• Selfies, excessively dark or low-quality photos are not allowed
• Scenes of violence, discrimination, or 18+ content are not allowed
• Photos that do not match the theme of the festival will be rejected
• The organizers reserve the right to reject a submission without explanation or if it violates censorship guidelines

Exhibition and Voting:
All selected works will be printed at the expense of the organizers and exhibited at the festival.
The winner will be chosen by festival guest voting:

VOLUNTEER REGULATIONS FOR THE FESTIVAL

Volunteer Participation Dates: October 3, 4, and 5

📅 MANDATORY DAYS
• October 3 (Friday): Festival setup, booth decoration, structure assembly.
• October 4 (Saturday): Main festival day — greeting guests, assisting participants, helping on stage, in activity zones, and competitions.
• October 5 (Sunday): Dismantling, packing equipment, cleaning the venue, concluding the event.

✅ VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

Each volunteer agrees to:
• Arrive on time and complete the full shift on each participation day;
• Perform assigned tasks responsibly, kindly, and according to instructions;
• Follow safety rules, festival discipline, and internal regulations;
• Treat guests, participants, fellow volunteers, and organizers with respect;
• Handle festival and exhibitor property with care;
• Immediately report any issues, violations, or incidents to the coordinator;
• Not disclose internal or confidential information.
